That song reminds me of a moonlight stroll on the beach of the Aegean in Izmira and meeting an affable young man sitting in front of his tent, who happened to be trekking across Turkey. We struck up a conversation. He said he was from Botswana and he had the uncanny skill of reproducing all the sounds of the jungle animals. Astonishing.

Astonishing. That's some evocative and exotic imagery, Daffy. I feel almost transported to that special time and venue. Well, I'll share too....nah...I was going to make a joke, but I don't want to sully your obviously fond and vivid reflection with may bad humor. Another time, okay? It's my promise to you...

As you know, I don't like to brag, BUT, once when vacationing on a remote Biloxi, MS beachfront, where the sand is tarry and crabs are not necessarily exclusive to the sea, I met and eventually courted a young lass whose claim to local fame was she could speak fluently in two languages: English, and her native tongue, Redneck. Said she was "Bi".

Yep, that snapshot is just how I remember the affair, mouse ears and all; it’s uncanny, really, ‘ceptin’ she was the bearded one and I not quite so dashing.

You were kidding that those were the Beatles, right? No, they were, indeed, the Beatles--a group from Ardmore, Pa., who also recorded as the Lytations, the Five Scripts and the Kaptions.
The "other" Beatles may have embraced musical styles that included New Orleans-style rock and roll, country blues, string quartets, acid rock and even Hindu ragas, but I don't recall them ever doing East Coast vocal harmony like the Beatles of Ardmore, Pa.
To: Daffynition
I think they have somewhat different styles. I could be wrong!

Thank you. It will give me something to research and learn more about.
