In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of Word for the Day.
Trutafarian
Noun
[from trust (fund) + (Rast)afarian]
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.
The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-)
Practice makes perfect.....post on....

Trustafarian or trutafarian?
I’m assuming its the one with the “s”
Good morning. How are you holding up?
oh, shoot. Opening late and failed to proof read again. It IS trustafarian with the s. Thanks.
Fortune Cookie sez
LOL A+++
Obama, the erstwhile trustafarian
His grasp of the law is just barbarian
New Black Panthers in Philly?
Dismiss them; it’s silly
Let my people go, must bust an Aryan
TrutafarianShallSetYouFree is my conservative, bong-smoking, reggae-playing cousin in Jamaica.
They don’t want to bust us, they want to own us. A+++
LMAO A+++ again.
And if you add the “metro” component more common among this group, you get a Trustafairyan
This describes a good portion of my town. Spoiled brat trust fund babies. And those are the parents.
The political education of Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton began as a young man at Yale where he was radicalized. The zealous trustafarian then began tapping his vast un-earned wealth for purchasing political power for the ultimate goal of foisting socialism on the citizens of Minnesota.
Perfect. A+++
We have one of those. A+++
What a waste of good money. A+++
Sounds like it has something to do with the estate of the late Bob Marley...
The clueless trustafarians
Who voted for emperor Obama
Were hoping to escape notice
Or becoming part of the drama
That didn’t last very long-
And isn’t it just too funny-
That as they were celebrating
He came after their money
Even now, that was not enough-
So how do those elitists feel
To hear he wants yet another bite
After promising not to steal?
It is mostly cloudy and 63, and I’m waiting to hear from my contractor compadre to call with the results on a bid he did-I don’t think it is going anywhere-there is something oily about the customer-but hope springs eternal and we need the work badly...
