LOL!

In school, I used the stealthily applied “thumbtack” version of acupuncture.

I can honestly report, that it did lighten my spirits and immediately improve my mood.

There is no question the “P6” point, used in acupuncture and acupressure, works effectively against nausea. This is the under-wrist point. You can either use the wrist bands they sell or just pressure with a thumb or finger. Everyone in my family has used it.
