Name another right that includes the consent of another human being (not a government body that affect the right to vote and drive).
The entire first amendment, which gives you the freedom of speech and religion but no guarantee of an audience or that the church will want to put up with you. All of your personal relationships are a right with the other people being able to consent, you have a right to friends but they have a right to not like you, you have a right to a job but they have a right to not hire you. It’s that whole “life liberty and the pursuit of happiness” thing, you have a right to pursue happiness but you don’t have a right to CATCH it.
