From what I hear, it is Us, The Short Greys, The Tall Greys, The Reptilians (who may or may not like to eat us) and thats it.

Those are just the ones who are out of the closet, but not the ones who keep their visits to more interest places, else have better things to tend to than messing with a bunch knowitalls living on a galactic backwater.
Should the Big Boys ever decide for reasons of their own that this fringe part of this galaxy was worth paying attention to, watch the others bug out real fast.
