I thought your point was that it was a “serious health risk?” Thanks for clearing that up. Kid? He hardly looked like a kid. Yep, he was having a tantrum alright. Hence the restraints. Apparently he had been acting up for a couple of days. They got him calmed down in under 17 minutes and the captain him they would clean him up, get him medical treatment and mental health counseling as soon as he did. Can you deal with someone like that in 17 minutes?
I guess instead of pepper spray a blackjack to the back of the head or a taser would have done the same thing, right?
