Said the pinhead who thinks that there is “pepper spray for crowds” and “pepper spray for individuals.” How freaking dumb can you get? Uh, there is a difference. Commercial pepper spray sold to individuals is at about 2 million SHU. The type used by police and military for crowd control is 10 to 20 times stronger. Saying there is no difference between the two is like saying there's no real difference between a .22 and .50.
