I don’t buy anything with any more packaging that a box or a bottle. Detergents are one of the things I’m VERY fussy about, mostly because I buy quality stuff when I can afford to buy it, and I don’t want it ruined in the washer or dryer. I figure if those little “eyeballs” have a wrapper, then it could, conceivably, damage my clothes. No thanks.

The initial price of them was low.
However it soon increased to a level where it was more expensive than the bottle that contained the same amount and took up only two thirds the space.
The plastic Ball came next, it looks like a WW2 naval mine.
The liquid is poured into it and the Ball in inserted into 'The heart of the wash'.
