The pipes?
Uh-oh.
For a space habitat, our plumbing systems are very down-to-earth. The waste pipes depend on gravity to function, whether it's planetary, thrust, or rotational artificial gravity. There are no valves to close.
Of course, it doesn't simply evacuate to space; we would bleed out in no time.
The waste pipes are part of a closed system. Here on this portion, the Flying Castle portion, waste processing is as commonplace as any other sewage treatment plant. It's the equivalent of a small town system, but the pipes aren't that large.
Still, it's an avenue of attack, by misbegotten fortune, that I hadn't considered.
Best part, if they did any work on teh pipes or at teh water plant, it would produce volumes of air in teh lines and rust colored hissing spitting water from teh faucets.
Even better, if they didn’t inform us of it.
Better still, if we call the maintenance manager he’ll either blow it off, or act like the world is ending.
