A very sobering and somber thought, this morning.

We have been losing FReepers at a disturbing rate these last two years. It’s hard to accept the passage of time like this.

The only consolation I can offer is, even though they have witnessed what has become of our republic, they will be spared what is to come...

I'm nearly speechless (everyone please laugh ... may none of us be speechless) when I think of what has been built by FReepers. This community, at this website FR, is far beyond anything currently on the web (imho). Maybe am off on a tangent with my typed words, if so, my apology everyone. Death is a natural part of the process, in this world, in which God placed each of us. Society, as a whole, and governments, as a whole, want to gain control over not only our births, lives and deaths; there is something else (imho) that society and government want control of. The control sought is a controlling factor labeled fear (imho). Society and governments want people to fear society and governments. Through fear one surrenders and gives other people control. I am not certain why am going down this path this A.M. but am asking for your indulgence, if your eyes have carried you this far.

People in most parts of the world live in fear. Americans for my entire life have been taught a certain form of fear. I have noticed something at this site of FR and that is there is a teaching factor in play at Free Republic. People are taught also here a form of fear. People here are also taught respect for each other. I may have all of what am typing as completely wrong but people are also taught something else. Make the government fear your printed word. Be Breitbart ... Be Thomas Paine ... but above all Be Yourself. The written and proved word is the powerful and when coupled with the power of activism, as is here, then truths can be found. FReepers are activists. FReepers are involved in their families, in their communities, and in government. For if our government is of, by and for the People, then it will be People who will protect and defend our, the People's Government. Each here is taught our form of government is lost or will be lost if each of us does not stay involved in our families, our communities, and in our government. Something at this website touches me. I believe something at this website touches each of us. Something at this website touches politicians and causes them to fear not simply FReepers but to fear We the People. Maybe God brought forth this website to help Americans keep our Republic, and maybe God didn't; truth is I do not know but I think I can say this with conviction, everyone here at FR knows something. Everyone here has an opinion. Everyone here has been dedicated to holding on to this Republic in spite of the politicians and the odds lain before us on the field of battle by the lame-stream drive by media.

What does it mean to be a FReeper? I am still debating that question. I think being a FReeper means love of country, love of God, love of duty, love of our fellow humans, love of life, love of each other, and doing what each does at this site in holding dear Freedom, Liberty, Justice, and the Pursuit of Happiness in high regard for each here knows governments, and God can remove Freedom, Liberty, Justice, and the Pursuit of Happiness in the twinkling of an eye.

Would the FReepers before us, who have gone to be with God want us to grieve. Would those FReepers want us to fear? Have those FReepers' lives given to this site and given to this nation want us to surrender? I believe we all know the answer. Fight on FRiends! The Time Is Now!

“Sobering and somber” is right. That’s downright depressing.

Those who oppose us are soft, overprivileged hothouse flowers and undisciplined street thugs. I like to think that those who have passed can somehow assist us with the difficult project ahead. Probably, one of the most difficult aspects of the coming tasks is dealing with the brainwashed children. We’ll figure it out. And that is the last series thought I’m going to express today.
