You can also have cold beverages in the library, and cold or hot snacks; tea, biscuits, fruit, cheeses, meats...the list is limited only by your desire.
The Library is mostly MY place, but it, like the other places (bars, gyms, kitchens, etc) are open 24/7 to everyone. I just hang out here because I designed it. *blushing*
I especially enjoy the hot chocolate and warm cc cookies.
