Here, the police run plate numbers all the time, and if the plate # doesn’t match the vehicle, you will be pulled over.

Are you in London moose07, or some other large city?

The plates are sometimes stolen to order.
This matches vehicle colour and Model.
It sounds weird, but is totally true
