If my four-slice toaster was implicated, please feel free to arrest it. Only two slices have ever worked. I’ve been reduced to using a griddle or the toaster oven for making toast and stuff.

The Toaster can be taken in to ‘Assist with enquires’ if you wish. Are you willing to make a formal statement so this can be actioned? (yes they do speak like this)
