A sensible plan. When I went to mine, I found it dreary and depressing. Nice that people cared, but it was all so morbid.
Then somebody took something I said the wrong way, and we didn't speak for years. People get too wrought up over funerals.
I picked out a nice spot for the burial site though. I really should have taken up that offer to teach a few classes as a ghost. That would have been fun.
It's really best to get these matters dealt with while you can. It takes a lot of pressure off of you.
Well, for my part, I think Hogwarts dealt with death and afterlife quite well. I haven’t seen all the movies (drat, darn and blast it!) but I think Nearly Headless Nick had it all, coming and going.
When I am rich, and/or have found a Sugar Daddy, I will purchase the entire set of the HP movies. For now, I will be content with the books.
HK Rowling has added a new perspective to live, love and *ahem* afterlife. (So-to-speak.)
I will donate my body to science, specifically, to the pursuit of CFIDS’ origins. After “they” are done with me, they can cremate me and send my cremains to whichever child is the most responsible. At this point, it is a toss-up.
Bob, I’m glad your ghost is here.
I’m all for relieving pressure.
