France has the best “government” healthcare precisely because they do utilze private insurance markets and have more room for innovation.
Pure single payer as in Britain is a nightmare.
Do you know why it's impossible to use facts and reason to change the mind of a progressive? Because a progressive's opinions are not based in facts or reason.
