To: Notary Sojac
Nice idea. I used to have one of those about 5-6 years ago. Made by GE. I have it around here somewhere. It worked ok....but the frequency tended to drift as it got warmer.

Though, I was able to make due on this trip. The radio had Bluetooth so I could get my cell phone to act as music source. It has a large'ish capacity Micro SD card with a good amount of music on it. With two batteries handy it kept me happy and I didn't have to listen to any staticy commercials.

I tried 3-4 different FM transmitters back when I was driving a lot of rental cars and wanted to make sure I could have my audiobooks on mp3 always available.

The Coby is head and shoulders above all the rest. So much so that I bought three so as to have spares available for some years to come.
