My adult younger brother is autistic and deaf. He lives in a group home Dixon IL . He loves it there as do his housmates and caretakers. Tje keep threatening to close it down and put blind and deaf people on the street because of a five million dollar shortfall. I’m so glad they have their priorities straight in this failing state.
