yup... i've seen him take worse hits and walk away, bu like you said the angle's what did itI forgot to add that I have been to numerous Daytona 500 races of old and Firecracker 400 with the Paul Revere night race.
When you said “Since Dale Died” I am guessing that you mean Dale Earnhart? I was at a Daytona 500 party here in Colorado and all were number 3 fans. The accident did not look spectacular, but the hit angle looked really bad to me. The next morning was the bad news.
