yup... the era of the Le Mans tailsI remember a story of someone, might have been Roger Penske but I’m not sure, trying out a new wing configuration on an endurance car. The new wing was pretty large and someone pointed out to him that the wing would probably not be allowed. The response: “I wouldn’t WANT this wing at LeMans!”
