Back four months or so there was a police shooting in NYC, and they hit over TEN innocent bystanders before they shot the person they were aiming at.

They only grazed him.

It was a August 2012 shooting at the Empire State Building; Cops missed and ended up shooting 9 innocent people:

Construction workers saw the perp and pointed him out to cops, who opened up firing.

But it’s ok to give cops large capacity mags and full auto weapons, but not civilians. Who’s to protect the innocents from the protectors?
