My sister used to work at Red Lobster and they'd close at 10:00. I'm not trying to be racist but this would happen week after week: around 9:50 a group of 10-12 black people would come in and she'd work below minimum wage for the next two hours constantly refilling drinks, bringing out extras and be told that, after they had eaten 90% of their Lobsters that they were undercooked and needed new ones. Then as was policy, when requested, auto-tip would be removed. So at midnight my sister would have to clean up a mess from a party of 10-12 of crab leg shells, butter and food everywhere only to find a ripped $5 bill on the table.
