The problem with WND and eligibility stories is they ran with everything, no matter how off the wall or obviously fake with no attempt to determine if it was real. They were running those bogus ‘African Press International’ stories long after that source was debunked as being completely bogus.

They kept falling over and over for the Lucas Smith stories long after he was revealed to be a con artist.
They lacked any discernment and probably did as much to harm the story as to help it. They don’t have a lot of room to criticize other news outlets.

Yes some of their Eligibility stories were kinda odd...but the main premise of theirs was, and still is, correct on that issue...Obama still cannot prove he is eligible
Although the worse eligibility stories were the ones that always tried to push Frank Marshall Davis as Obama’s father...when it was quite obvious after the “2016” film that George Obama and Barack Jr looked too much alike (Barack Sr was the father of both). Most of the “FM Davis is Obama father” stories were really just ruses to attack Birth Certificate/Eligibility people.
