Breaking... Obama is tripling-down on gun control via executive orders. Sounds like the Class 03 FFL/C&R will be limited or abolished. Will seek to erase the limit on the EPA's regulating lead bullets. Here it comes, unless the Repubs do something.

Per Judge Napalitano: Emanuel and other Deep Blue Cesspool City mayors are engaging in tortious interference in demanding banks stop doing business with gun manufacturers and with demanding that city pension funds divest of any gun industry stocks. He also said that Obama is now engaging in violation of the First Amendment in his demanding control of what businesses and private organizations are allowed to say regarding any pro-gun opinions.
Here in MA, Gov. Deval Patrick has barred any pro-gun groups or people from speaking at any of his public meetings about his insane, even worse than Obama, proposed gun bans.

The only reason that patriots tremble in their shoes when they hear about Obama using executive orders to bypass Congress on issues like gun control, an explanation which they're not going to hear from Obama guard dog Fx News, is the following. As much as patriots claim that Obama is ignoring the Constitution, many patriots have evidently not studied the constitutionally limited powers of Congress and the Oval Office for themselves, including not being familiar with constitutonal checks of power between the legislative and executive branches.
Regarding constitutonally undefined executive orders, note that the Founding States made the first numbered clause of the Constitution (that's evidently a good place to hide it from many patriots) to clarify that all legislative powers of the federal government are vested in Congress, not in the Oval Office or the Supreme Court.
In fact, the Supreme Court appropriately clarified in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer that executive orders do not have the force of law unless a given executive order is backed by legistation by Congress.

And Obama shouldn't hold his breath waiting for divided Congress to support his king's edict executive orders to regulate guns because the Supreme Court has also clarified in United States v. Cruikshank that the purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to restrict Congress's power to regulate arms.
"The second and tenth counts are equally defective. The right there specified is that of "bearing arms for a lawful purpose." This is not a right granted by the Constitution. Neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. The second amendment declares that it shall not be infringed, but this, as has been seen, means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress. This is one of the amendments that has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the national government, leaving the people to look for their protection against any violation by their fellow citizens of the rights it recognizes (emphasis added), to what is called, in The City of New York v. Miln, 11 Pet. 139, the "powers which relate to merely municipal legislation, or what was, perhaps, more properly called internal police," "not surrendered or restrained" by the Constitution of the United States." --United States v. Cruikshank, 1875.
Also, regardless that FDR's activist justices twisted the meaning of the Commerce Clause to allow corrupt Congress to greatly overstep its Article I, Section 8-limited powers in Wickard v. Filburn in the 1940s, justices wrongly ignored Thomas Jefferson's official clarification of the limits of Congress's Commerce Clause powers. Using terms like "does not extend" and "exclusively," Jefferson had clarified that Congress has no business sticking its big nose into intrastate commerce.
“For the power given to Congress by the Constitution does not extend to the internal regulation of the commerce of a State, (that is to say of the commerce between citizen and citizen,) which remain exclusively (emphases added) with its own legislature; but to its external commerce only, that is to say, its commerce with another State, or with foreign nations, or with the Indian tribes.” –Thomas Jefferson, Jefferson’s Opinion on the Constitutionality of a National Bank : 1791.
And if Congress cannot regulate intrastate commerce despite what FDR's puppet justices said about the Commerce Clause, then neither can Obama.
So the only thing to be concerned about with respect to Obama's gun-regulating executive orders is how many Constitution-ignorant law enforcement and military officers may try to enforce such orders.
Otherwise, Obama can make paper airplanes out of such orders.

Under Obama and Hillary, US Foreign Policy has been a complete disaster. Your policy in Libya is causing Western European nations to send thousands of troops to Africa in an attempt to stop the hordes of Islamist Extremists you armed. Your policy in Syria is causing an Eastern European Nation (Russia) to send thousands of troops into Syria to stop the Islamists Extremists you have helped finance. In Egypt, citizens armed with sticks are being shot by snipers armed and funded by the Islamist Extremists Government you helped get elected.
Your domestic US policy of not enforcing or defending the southern border of the US is allowing 10's of thousands of illegals to over run many cities of the US. And you now want to make these illegal invaders who do not even know our language and our customs, US citizens.
Anyone who suggests or thinks private American citizens should be disarmed in these circumstances, needs to have their head examined.
Voters brought up to speed on the constitutionally limited powers of the federal government would probably make even more of a difference in limiting Obama in 2014 than they did in 2010.
I don’t doubt that you saw something like that blurted out on Fox News. Thank you. At times, though, media sponsors might want us diverted from what we really can do, in my opinion (showing pro-Second-Amendment voter numbers to members of Congress and state assemblies).
