I don’t object to people killing themselves although I would try to talk them out of it. I object to a doctor killing them or to their government going on record that it might be a good idea.
Easily said. However, they were both deaf, and becoming blind. Exactly how would you continue with any type of communication with them, if they had lived ?
I can only imagine it would be like being in an isolation chamber for the rest of your life.
Most people go nuts if they spend more than an hour in an isolation chamber.
