Cheerios is great stuff too, if you are watching your health- force yourself to have at least one bowl a week if you have to- you colon will thank you. At the risk of TMI eat it every day for a week and you will take a dump that brings back fond memories of dumps of old from your youth.
I just discovered gluten-free chocolate chex- they are delicious- They are rice based and delicious! Went back to the store for 4 more boxes and they are all gone already (in 2 weeks)

Honey Bunches of Oats has a glycemic load in the medium range and Cheerios is in the high range. Also, Cheerios has a high level of manganese which can be harmful to re-pubescent children.
You want a nice solid dump, eat about 80% veggies/fruits/fungi/bacteria to about 20% animal protein/fat. You'll be in and out with nobody hurt in no time flat.
You want chocolate, eat some 60%+ cacao and your body will thank you. Pound for pound there isn't much more nutritious than foods from cacao. I'd debate coconuts and avocado may be more nutritious, but they ain't chocolate.
