On your main FR page, look at the topics up top and you’ll see FreeperED - click on it to see the kinds of posts there. I think this is more appropriate for what you wrote than General/Chat for instance. Apples and oranges - FReeper Ed is a topic and General/Chat is a forum. (That topic is available only for articles in the News/Activism forum.)
