Paid per word Mariah special critique......
Seriously. Just say if you liked it or not. You don't have to write a book.
The song she wishes she'd written is "The Dance" by Garth Brooks. Very good.
Randy: You did a good job. Believed it
Mariah: I have never heard this song before this moment. I felt like it was true. We all connected to you. Truly beautiful. Really nice.
Keith: (liked it) That would have been a great song (to play on guitar). That kind of honesty goes a long way.
Minaj: This was a lot better than your first performance. I don't think America (knows what you're capable of) If I'm being honest, I don't think that was enough to get a leg up on the other girls in the competition.

Here is one of her generic critique scripts for any contestant:
“Well, well, (stroke your hair and arrange it over your chest) well, you know, darling -— you and I have a special bond — you know just how much I love you, and how much I respect your art, your vocal quality, and your stage presence. You have a presence that is just, not very many people can move people the way you do, and your sound is so special. I do understand what the others were saying, I see what they meant, darling, and I would just like to clarify that they weren’t trying to bring you down with all that, this is just to build you up for your next performance, to make you better at what you do, and what we love about you, and always have, because you are so unique and they way you sing is so beautiful that really there is nothing stopping you from winning this or having a great career, because nobody has a voice like you do, and the way you use it is so strong. I know you know what I mean, because we get it, you and I, we have this very special bond that no once else could ever understand and you know I’m on your side and I’m a huge fan and always will be.”
