The Top 20 are in a bunker-like room backstage. One by one, Seacrest will name who is in the Top 10 and each person will emerge from the bunker, step out onto the official Idol stage and sing a "victory song" to the adoring crowd.

I’d almost bet psyco boy makes the top ten. There is something entertaining about watching someone on the constant edge of a breakdown.... :) Reality tv at its finest.
