I saw the ad for the AI app..where you can vote 50x at once...you know, I just realized that for maybe $25k per how, you can easily fix the AI vote..
Go to China, or India..pay 2,500 people $10@ to vote a certain way..that's like 1,250,000 votes..easily enough to tip the vote..
