It’s his glasses. I don’t know why he thinks that a guy who looks like a turtle will look handsome with blue glasses on. It hasn’t worked for actual turtles in the last 20,000 years.
OMG We sang this song every single year in high school choir. I still remember all the words. It was a medley of this and I Sing the Body Electric also from Fame.
Reminds me of when I was still in teh Navy....and CLinton was headed for town (our base was on the flight line) and my CO had to ORDER some of us to “volunteer” for the “grip and grin” line when he arrived.....fortunately, I am brighter than most of them...and I developed a “sudden reason to leave base” after the first sighting of the plane that carried the secret service and the vehicles.....my friend and I got the hell off base before it deplaned...because after that, they would let no one in or out of the base.....until potus was there and gone......and I would rather drink a bucket of drunkards puke than smile and shake that fellas hand.....HOWEVER..Now given the choice between Clinton and Obammy,............Id give Clinton the keys to my car!

Two singers that didn't make the Top 10 get a chance to win a place on the Idol summer tour.
First up is ... Crazy Charlie!
Minaj's widdle boyd has returned, and he appears to have taken his meds.
He sings a very nice song while playing the piano. "My Sky Blue Diamond"--his original song. Not bad. If he performed that instead of The Schizo Show last week he'd still be on the show.
And he is competing against ... Aubrey!
The piano remains on stage, but someone else is playing it. She sings standing on the darkened stage. Again--very good! She proves (again) that The Top 10 should have been (at least) 6 girls and 4 guys.
The results of this little competition will be revealed next Wednesday.
Sounds like one of those studies they always come out with when talking about government waste. "And Purdue got $500,000 to see if turtles would be more handsome with with blue tinted glasses! Conclusion: they aren't."
Its kinda like a chick with great legs, that cant sing......distract them by wearing a short skirt......Jimmy has a nervous tic......and lets face it, he aint no Clark Gable in the looks department...so Im guessing he uses the blue glasses to detract from both the tic and his general looks....(just a hunch)
