Three for five for each group.
I can live with Janelle (who was my #6 pic, I just think she needs to own the songs more than she has thus far) and Amber (still better than most of the "guys"). Aubrey and Breanna had the looks and talent to go far, but just didn't work out this time. Tenna can audition for the Marilyn McCoo Bio-Pic. Glad I was proven wrong about LIV going far. This 50% cut was crucial and she was panned by the judges (finally), the perfect storm.
Angie Miller.
Me too. I was thinking Angie was going to be the obvious winner, but Kree was much stronger than her last night. And there's a richer quality to her voice and personality. Right now I'm leaning toward Kree to win it all.
But I want them both in the finale. It'd be a Thrilla In Manilla for sure!

Format sucks this year too and we’re going to get a lot of clunkers, what’s with the Affirmative Action for the boys, we REALLY have to force 5 boys into the top ten, most of them flat out suck.
I completely agree. The best singers should be in the Top 10, regardless of gender. Breanna and Aubrey were clearly better than some of those guys.

LOL, well it sure turned me off. I never finished it and haven't read any of his books since, and I used to be a big SK fan. Terrible, awful, no good book.
He comes out and murders “Alone” by Heart, which I was looking forward to hearing Kree sing, still hope she does so I can wash my ears out.

She is effortless, and appears to have a great range.

IMO: Angie v. Amber battle at finale. The right guys got sent home. It was great that they made the losers wait in holding rooms. It’s about time it was about the winners, not the lowers. Zoanette would have made a fool of herself on stage. I would not have made it through loser goodbye songs. Prevent bad behavior with holding cells. American Idol’s gitmo.
What’s with the fellas wearing stupid pants with white ugly shows? And, I’ve seen enough already with the stretch pants on girls who should not wear them. Only anorexic girls look good in stretch pants; not anyone else. I think America got it right this year. The other girl who didn’t get thru had the side part and the high forehead. She had a nice lyric soprano voice but she can try again next year if there is one.
I liked Cortez traded for one of the gospel guys but overall America got it right They didn’t keep any trainwrecks.

Had her in our top 5 girls, and disappointed she didn’t make it.
The girls appear to have a definite edge this year, as to us none of the guys are exceptional
I am so far behind on this thread. Sorry guys, been so busy. Both — both!! Not fair!! — of my parents have alzheimers. Or some form of dementia. My mom is just starting down the road dad’s been on for 2+ years. :(
