Just out of curiousity, how do you feel about a kid catching a ball at a baseball game, later asking the hitter to autograph it, and being told it will cost $30? Valuable lesson learned, or not?

Really?? I don’t even understand how that pertains to the subject of a boy disobeying his dad and then asking a company for a freebie. These comments should put the chill in any conservative’s heart. From the original Yahoo article.

“we need more companies to follow to make the world a better place. God bless the corporate world for a good deed well done.......finally!!!!”

“Awesome!! That young man has learned a valuable lesson-”be honest in admitting you made a mistake and learned from it” and you will be respected for your integrity. Nice job his parents have done thus far!!

“That is awesome, I wish there were more stories like this. Instead we hear how companies do everything in their power for the almighty buck and don’t really give a chit about the customers.”
