This week's feature is a classic western featuring cinema great and conservative Republican actor Gary Cooper. It's great to see him and Steve McGarrett battling each other 10 years before Jack Lord ever said "Book 'em Danno."
I’d love to watch it, but the video encoding on YouTube is just awful and unwatchable. I can’t find it in the Amazon library. Hopefully Blockbuster has it.
I think Gary Cooper is Ayn Rand’s favorite actor. I know she wanted him to star in the movie adaptation of “The Fountainhead” and he did.
From the some of the things I’ve heard about Gary Cooper, particularly concering Patricia Neil, I wouldn’t go too far in my praise for him.
True. But I think both he and Miss Neal did turn their lives around later. I think Mrs. Cooper and their daughter Maria later forgave her for her affair with Gary.
