Nice pig sticker you have on the Nagant. Fun to shoot and the recoil isn’t nearly as bad as folks say it is.
I remarked that the rifle and bayonet combo are both taller and older than I am. ;-)
I know. I fired a friend’s M-N 44 carbine, and the recoil isn’t nearly as bad as my 12-Ga Benelli. I was expecting sore-shoulder syndrome, but I never experienced it from firing either piece.
We got a spam can last week, so we’re going to do some shooting in our back-yard range this weekend. I have to clean the rifle first. Fortunately, Bryan got me a manual for it.
