I AM the service manager. I just know that I’m missing something or I would be able to make the interface. Sorry - I meant the device manager. When you open it, devices that aren't working properly have one of those yellow triangles next to it.
There's a chance you have a 64-bit computer and a 32-bit device. That's what happened to me first go-around. There's nothing for that except to get a replacement device.

Well dang. That could very well be it. I have seen those yellow triangles, but wasn’t sure what they meant. No wonder I’ve been so frustrated. Thanks!
