Yes, and based on them having previous similar cases that recovered, and her progress, letting her heal up on her own is probably the wisest course.

She’ll be fine. Most of the time we can heal ourselves without medical intervention I think that is best. I'm with you that she'll be fine.
I hope her mother survives. ;)
