The year consists of 365 days. Every fourth year, accumulated extra hours are accommodated by announcing a leap day. Our calendar places it at February 29th, in Presidential election years.

So a four year total is:

365
365
365
366
___

1461

So if a baby is born every day for four years, and we name them Adam, Barbara, Charles, Donna, Edward, Francine, and so forth, the baby born on the one thousand, one hundred and fifty-fifth day will be named Leopold.

By the way, the year 1900 and the year 2100 are not leap years. Mark your calendars appropriately.
