Sounds nuts. Full agreement. You should try to identify one of the workers. Doesn’t look American. The two others seem to look like Americans. There are two trucks I've seen. One with basket and one down the road without a basket. This truck has someone inside, and truck is sitting, not moving. Did not check other end of the road. Not saying something is going on, just looks strange after the unknown. I prefer to be wrong and nothing be going on.
