Have heard these sped up and slowed down and then sometimes with filters applied to remove noise. Then there is the spike, and sometimes a series of spikes. I think it’s a numbers station, only one using some really odd encryption methods.
Everyone I’ve seen talking about it is thinking audio encryption, I’m thinking it’s embedded images that the receiver needs to pull out and subtract out from a key to receive/view the message/image.
