Once had a cat that was better than any dog have had. That cat would go walking in the woods with me and would stop me in my tracks with the cat's actions if a poisonous snake was near the path about to be taken. Save me several times. The cat would hunt better than any dog have ever owned. It would scare up game. Sounds weird. Guess one would have had to have witnessed it first hand. Did your bobcat have similar tendencies?

Mimi was an odd critter.
She was a bobcat domestic mix, and she was lucky to NOT look like what she was.
[Could have gotten in trouble in NY over her. All for the misfortune(?) of having her be born on my porch.]

She could hunt without equal, somehow got the parakeet out of the cage, cage supsended six to seven foot in the air off a hook from the ceiling.
Cat got the cage door open, bird out, and then played with him until he was todt.
Then she dropped him at my feet.
[Cat was jealous.]

She didn’t mind dogs, and she didn’t like being outside.
It messed her fur up and she was rather picky about that.
