To: Dead Corpse

I can’t access the Palm website. it’s been down for two days.

I have downloaded drivers, and though it says they were installed correctly, there is no communication at the Hot Sync stage. The Palm doesn’t recognize the computer, or vice versa.

It seems most of the drivers are updated, but I just can’t seem to get beyond this.

Are there settings under HotSync where you need to set the connection type? Ie; USB, Bluetooth, etc....

Can it tell you plugged something in to the USB port but doesn’t know what it is. Or the laptop doesn’t see anything at all when you plug the Palm in?
