There's likely an Ice Dragon among the newer US purveyors of odd Patrol emblems. The closest I could find among my usual suspects in the frilled lizard from Australia:

Their leader found them an Ice Dragon patch that’s very nice. James will be a Webelos next year: maybe he’d like to suggest a Frilled Lizard patrol ;-).
