If you use a pH-adjusted solution, it doesn’t sting. I once tried a hypertonic saline solution and it felt like somebody drove an ice pick through my head.
Don’t plan on leaving home until you have fully drained your head. If you don’t do that, you’ll bend over to tie your shoelace and be standing in a puddle of fluid.
