My misc. vegetable (onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic) with a can of pumpkin is hot and filling. I got some turmeric to make it extra orange ... just have to be careful not to slop.

Iirc, it takes three hours to stop histamine production, and I don’t really know if it would help very much. ‘Face is correct about a medicinal plant being specific for it, but I can’t recall the name of the darned thing. Mr. Sg built a very large set of shelves in one of the storage units so I’ll get to unpack cartons and locate books,clothing and cooking equipment we haven’t seen for six years or so. Then we can use the bookcases for books instead of the miscellaneous stuff parked on those shelves and I’ll have access to all the books w/herbal content.
