Apparently, Microsoft was trying to create a single user experience for their phone, their game console, and computers running their OS. In other words, they wanted the:
One OS to rule them all
One OS to find them
One OS to bring them all
And in the darkness, bind them.
Explains a lot, don't it?
Speaking of the Microsoft phone, can anyone think of a crazier idea? Do you really want your phone to bluescreen in the middle of an important call?
“Binding darkness” is right! Dang! Because of CFIDS, new procedures and concepts are difficult for me to understand, accept and use, but the hardest thing I’ve done for a while is trying to navigate Win 8 cold. I had no idea there was even such a thing on the market. It was only after my “introduction” to it that I began to see ads for it on TV. How much sense does that make?
*shudder*
I dread the day I will have to replace this laptop...everything on my slave is Win 7 and I’m not sure any of it could be saved if I had to convert it all to WIn 8. Scary, I tell ya.
