Oops—that’s for a 12 oz. jar. Nutella is in the same neighborhood. Are they taxed heavily to protect the Canadian nut interests or something?

The jars I saw at Costco were massive. Close to 26oz, I think. My son loves the stuff, and when I saw these just before Christmas I was tempted to buy him one. Then I saw the price. We decided to put the money towards a miter saw instead. ;-)
