I was sworn to secrecy by the “Things” in the Lower Levels, including the Basilisk.

There seems to be no one in charge there, since sionnsar left us, (his piping kept them under control) and they have proliferated in alarming numbers.

At the moment, I’m afraid to divulge what I know, for fear that the “Things” will seek revenge. Could it be that the Dust Bunnies have bred with the Basilisk? *shudder* the dwarfs are useless, now, and need DC to crack the whip again.

Just occasionally the waiting room contains something that is listed as unknown by the security Gnomes.
The Gnomes have held this: Basilisk, in custody.
The Gate Gnome is currently studying said object in the Dissection Lab.
