We aimed out pretty good. The final performance of "The Cross and The Switchblade" was packed to the rafters, with another massive altar call. The youth program wanted to get back to the regular Friday service and activities to help these new Christians solidify their faith, so they're not going to extend the run again. Howsomever, they will run the play every couple of months to give people something to invite their friends to.

And Nicky Cruz is going to come speak March 10th. Those of you who are nearby to NYC should consider coming to hear him speak. He was quite a violent gang member before meeting David Wilkerson. He's been a minister of the Gospel lo this half-century since then. He's gonna give his testimony of those "Cross and The Switchblade" days.

FYI: While you were otherwise occupied, I was Blessed with a vehicle, from a known but otherwise anonymous source. Since I have been without wheels for almost three years, this was an awesome blessing.

I suspect the ride on the Scrambler had a lot to do with Darks’ “interesting” mind. He and I seem to be kindred spirits, but I don’t recall my own parental units having any preconceived ideas of what I may become.

It was probably the fact that I had two older brothers who thought I was their personal property, and used me as a guinea pig...
