Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.” So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology...

Good morning!

Gotta go shopping today (shudder). There goes the budget. The flip side is getting supplies for Mr. Sg to build some shelving for the storage units; shelves will make organization possible so that we can find things we haven’t seen since 2008. Have a great day, y’all, and SYL.

Still no pencil sharpener, but I found my Steampunk Paper Dolls book and a pair of scissors at the same time.

DP and the girls have gone shopping. Bill isn’t up yet. Piper is trotting around the back yard being all offended at birds.

Welp. I feel like I’ve put in a days’ work already, and it’s only 0751. I filled three “Extra Large” Space Bags with bedding, and tucked them all into a single area in the linen closet, and thus, I have an extra shelf for linens.

But it wore me out! LOL!

I still have to put a bunch of stuff into the other six bags (medium and small) and see if that frees up my bedroom space. I have to rearrange it so the dresser is against the wall where the cable comes in so that in the event I’m able to get another TV, I won’t have to splice the co-ax again. Still dreaming of the day I can get rid of Cox and get something a little more affordable with more selection. I get nine channels and five are in Spanish.

Makes me wonder how long it will take for me to get “settled” in here...

I saw as book of Steampunk Paper Dolls on Dover.com and sighed. I had a very large collection of paper dolls when I was a kid, and I still like them.

Now, of course, when I find them on the Dover Samples page, I print them and send them to my friend. She was too poor for paper dolls when we were growing up, so I was always giving her the ones I had tired of. Now, though, I print them just for her.

And speaking of her, Emberlie’s brain cancer has engulfed her entire brain and is moving down her spine. She is paralyzed on her left side, but her spirits are good. The doctors have given her “two weeks to two months” to live. Poor little tyke.

GG-Ma is mourning her already. And so am I. Emberlie will be going (if she hasn’t already) into hospice. I suspect it will be Ronald McDonald House. It’s heart-breaking, for sure.

Just take it steady, no rushing.
I take it Cox is a Cable TV provider.
Is there no Digital Terrestrial service or ‘Sky’ service?

Morning everyone. Late this A.M. Apologies to everyone. Already had breakfast, exercised for one hour, burned approximately 400 calories, been to wally world, out to the practice range to fire 100 rounds, ran three miles, lifted 1,000 pounds in 100 lb. increments, and came here to be with FRiends for a moment or two. Teh Army got nothing on me. Dang, please excuse me while I have a heart attack.

Awwwwwaaaa what a purrty purrty kitty.

We have quite a few sets of Dover paper dolls. We’ll get them all out when you visit. The Steampunk set is cool.

Yes, Cox is the cable provider. And yes, there are “satellite” companies, but I have been waiting for the prices to fall and/or a better program selection.

The way Cox does it is to give you a great deal for a year, and then, banking on the fact that one forgets what is in the contract, the cable bill goes up by $30-50 depending on the services you have. When I began paying over $100 a month for the same service I had been paying $65 for, I dropped the service, except for “basic.” Which gives me nothing but sit-coms and talk shows. Pap.

I’m done waiting on that. Of course, now I’m waiting until I can get another TV, since I spend so much time in bed. (Darn it.)

Good morning!

You sound so energetic, I got tired reading your post. LOL!

We’ll be having some 60+ degree weather this week, and that’s good. Though the nights are still frigid. Right now, it’s only 34.

I saw the Steampunk samples and wanted to print them but was out of ink. They may still be in my “Dover” file, but I’m out of ink again and will have to wait until payday before I can remedy that.

When I get there, I will be bringing some tea with me, but will have to buy some on the first trip to Walmart. I didn’t drink any on Saturday, and I’m still paying for it. I usually drink about four large cups a day... Double strength, but decaffeinated.
