Hefner's had three wives and four "partners". I'm sure his lawyers have the pre-nup boilerplate down solid by now.
She will probably get a yearly stipend as long as she behaves herself. His pattern with other wives/girlfriends was to move on when she turned 30, but he's old enough that he might just stay with her until he dies. Hef will not be fathering any kids with her, so no child support will be in the picture. Hef has four children (the oldest 60), and I would imagine that he's already taken care of how much of his money they get when he dies.
Snicker at him all you want, Hef has managed to live his life the way he wanted, which is something of an accomplishment.

I don’t think anybody in their right mind can call this an actual marriage.
She's somebody who is willing to make a guy's existence as enjoyable as she knows how, in exchange for what both parties consider fair compensation. Which makes her a better person than a good percentage of the human race.
